Michael is a qualified solicitor by profession and has been involved in property transactions throughout his career. He manages the business and gets involved with all aspects of the agency and ensures that all clients get the best possible service and advice. Michael is always available to discuss any aspect of the sale or purchase of any property.

Based primarily in Newton Abbot, the sales team provide marketing advice to clients at the outset and through the marketing process. In recent years Angela has turned her focus to how best to present a home for sale, and she dares to tell people what she really thinks, as diplomatically as possible! She also endeavours to visit clients regularly to review the marketing campaign and to agree on future strategies, in order to ensure both agent and client are working towards the same outcome.

Graham joined the firm in 2005 and brings a wealth of experience in business management, having been Practise Manager of a large legal firm and previously having had a successful career spanning 23 years as a commissioned officer in the Armed Forces.
Graham is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and knows the property market in Kingsteignton intimately and runs the Kingsteignton office. He is the firm’s senior manager and prides himself on providing a professional service to his clients. Graham is a keen cyclist and walker.

Michelle joined us in 2005 from another local firm of estate agents, and has been involved in estate agency locally for many years.  After successfully completing the industry standard Estate Agent Exams in 2007 she is now a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Recommended to us by a client for her excellent feedback and communication, Michelle now runs the Chudleigh office and deals with Valuations, Viewings, Marketing, Sales Chasing and keeping clients updated throughout the sale of their property.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping and keeping fit.

Max is the newest member of the team based in the Newton Abbot Office.  He strongly believes in providing the best possible service and has substantial experience having dealt with a wide range of properties in the Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire areas. He comes to us with over 22 years in Estate Agency and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.  Max lives locally with his wife and two children. He enjoys walking, cycling, and is learning to sail.

Having recently passed the National Federation of Property Professionals examinations, Sarah is now running our Retirement Property Department, specialising in properties for elderly and retired in the local area. Sarah’s drive, passion and attention to detail is making this a successful department and with a steadily increasing level of sales. On her days off Sarah likes to spend time with her family and is currently teaching her children to swim.

Angie has joined us to set up our new rentals department after working for local lettings businesses. She is highly experienced in renting and letting properties and is excited at the prospect of making a success of this new department. Angie lives in Chudleigh and has an active social life with her husband and two daughters.

Leanne started with us in 2010 having worked previously for a firm in Newton Abbot for three years. Leanne has a passion for property and gets involved with taking on new properties and preparing newspaper editorials. She has always lived locally and gets involved with organising charity events in her spare time.

Lynn joined the firm in 2009 and brings with her a wealth of experience having worked for Andrews Estate Agents in Cheltenham for many years. Her main responsibility is liaising with clients and following upvaluations. Lynn enjoys motor sport.
