Cheryl Fernandiz-Versini appears keen to shift her luxury six-bedroom mansion in Radlett, Hertfordshire having put it up for both sale and rent.
Perhaps it’s no surprise that Cheryl wants shot of the property – she previously shared the home with her now ex-husband, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini.
Cheryl also just moved to Surrey to live with boyfriend, Liam Payne, whose son she gave birth to in March.
The recently-built home comes with an asking price of £5m.
It’s exactly what Cheryl paid for the property just two years ago, but still well above the average value in Radlett of just over £1m, according to Zoopla data.
The rental price is set at £4,000 a week, which equates to a cool £17,333 per calendar month.
What’s the home like?
The unusual 8,000 sq ft home goes by the name of Brickfields, as it was built on the site of a former brickmaker. Its tessellated brick exterior and round wing known as The Kiln, pay homage to its previous life.
But the home offers a plethora of state-of-the-art features too.
On the lower ground floor there’s a swimming pool, steam room, gym, wine cellar and a cinema room with bar.
All six bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms, while the master suite also has a walk-in-wardrobe.
A vast open plan designer kitchen and dining area lie at the heart of the home, along with a formal lounge and separate snug.
Outside, there’s a roof terrace with hot-tub, dedicated barbeque and mature landscaped gardens.
And eco-friendly buyers or renters will be pleased to discover the home’s ground source heat pump, low heat-loss windows and solar panels.
Where is it?
Brickfields sits down a quiet country lane just outside the affluent village of Radlett, south of St Albans in the home county of Hertfordshire.
What is interesting about the area?
Radlett became one of the first commuter villages in the early 20th century thanks to the opening of its train station.
It remains popular with London commuters with frequent train service taking less than 30 minutes to St Pancras International.
Radlett also sits on the cross section of the M1 and M25 making it equally handy for drivers.
