Opportunities
Looking for a challenging and exciting role within the fast-paced world of property? Look no further than Chamberlains! We’re seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team within our lettings department in Newton Abbot.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating property viewings. But that’s just the beginning! You’ll also be involved in managing our property listings, drafting tenancy agreements, and ensuring that all of our paperwork is up-to-date and organised.
Working closely with our experienced lettings agents (they are a lovely bunch by the way!) you’ll provide excellent customer service to our clients and help us achieve our business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain valuable experience in the property industry.

Salary – £21,000 + department commission once passed Propertymark exams.
Other info – Free Car parking permit, 45p per business mile, 20 days holiday a year,
Working week – Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. – You’ll get a day off in lieu the week prior to working the Saturday.
Working hours – This is a full time role 9am to 5:30pm.
Essential: You will need to have your own car.
