The leadership baton passed to Michael Foundly in 2007, marking a new era of growth and diversification. With a clear vision for expansion, Michael successfully broadened the reach of Chamberlains, establishing a lettings department and opening new branches in the area.

Another pivotal moment arrived in 2013 when James Cooper joined the Chamberlains family. Proving his dedication and passion for the business, James was appointed a director in December 2014. Under James’ guidance, Chamberlains has consistently upheld high professional standards while fostering a team deeply committed to the cause.

Today, Chamberlains stands proudly as the most reviewed estate agency in the Teignbridge area. Our team of professionals, many holding qualifications from the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA or ARLA), serve our clients with an unmatched level of expertise. Our lettings Director Steve Hill, and managers; Craig Bastow, Zoe Wotton and Helen Potts play crucial roles in upholding our reputation and keeping us at the forefront of the industry.
