Churchfields Drive is positioned within a central location with a short walk to the town centre. Known as the "Gateway to the Moors", Bovey Tracey offers a comprehensive range of shops and amenities including a health centre, library, primary school, inns and churches. The useful entrance porch, with a tiled floor, gives you a place to put boots and shoes before stepping in through the front door into the entrance hall. Stairs rise to the first floor and to the left there is a family room which is currently used as a dining room/office space. To the right is the living room which has an open fireplace with wooden mantle and tiled hearth. Double doors lead into another room which is currently used as a playroom but was originally the dining area. Sliding patio doors lead out to the rear garden and a further door takes you into the kitchen. This has plenty of cupboards for storage, and space for cooker, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. This leads onto a utility room which has an additional sink, space for two appliances and the wall mounted, gas fired Worcester boiler which was installed in 2014. A further door takes you to the side garden and access to the parking area and double garage. There is also a downstairs WC with basin.

"We knew, as soon as we walked into this house almost 6 years ago, that we were going to love living here - and we do. Due to work commitments we have to relocate, but if there were a way to pick this house up and move it, we would not be selling it. We are lucky in the fact that we have one of the largest plots in the road, so there is plenty of space for our growing family to run about and we do not feel 'hemmed in'. The close proximity to town is wonderful and, in a few minutes, we are able to walk on the moors. We are going to miss Bovey Tracey and all it has to offer."
