Ideally located, on an elevated position area, close to the heart of Bovey Tracey. Known as the "Gateway to the Moors", this bustling town offers a comprehensive range of shops and amenities including a health centre, library, primary school, inns, and churches. The town also benefits from good sporting facilities, including a swimming pool and a sports field/ tennis court. The A38 dual carriageway, linking Exeter and Plymouth to the M5 motorway is within two miles of the town and there are mainline railway stations at Newton Abbot and Exeter. The open spaces of Dartmoor lie just to the west of the town and the South Devon beaches are mostly within half an hour's driving distance.
The front door leads into a bright entrance hall. Doors lead to all rooms and there is an airing cupboard with slatted shelving. To the right is the lounge with a bay window facing front and opens onto the dining room. The modernised kitchen has plenty of cupboards for storage, space for two undercounter appliances and a built in tall oven unit, housing a double electric Neff oven. The Ideal combi boiler is housed in a wall unit. A door leads out to the side of the bungalow for access to both the front and the rear gardens.
The bathroom has a panelled bath with shower over, WC and basin.
To get to the master bedroom, you walk through a study/day room with sliding doors down a few steps, leading to the rear garden. This lovely bedroom has built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. There are two further bedrooms, one with built in wardrobes and another en-suite shower room.
This bungalow is deceptively spacious and has plenty of light. Please note there are a few steps down to the rear garden, so the rear access is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
To the rear of the garage, there is utility room which is where the current owners keep their washing machine. This can be accessed via a pedestrian door in the rear garden.

"I love the views across the countryside, from the rear of the bungalow. At the end of the day I love to sit and look out over the town and the Moors. Being on an elevated position I feel away from the town even though it takes no time at all to walk down the hill and to the shops. The extra bedroom which has been created from the original garage, is such a bonus because it gives me almost a private suite when I have family to come and stay."
