"When we first saw this house we loved the fact that it has the living room at the rear of the house, this gives us a lovely outlook, on to our south facing, sunny garden whilst relaxing in the living room. Unusual for houses in this area as usually the living room is at the front. We also enjoy living so close to the Moors and Stover Park for walking and cycling, out in the fresh air. The easy access to the A38 has been brilliant too. From the upstairs bedroom you can see Haytor. We will be sad to leave our beautiful home but work commitments have pushed us to relocate."
