A glazed uPVC front door takes you in to the entrance porch of this lovely home where there is a door off to the study/office (formally a garage). Through a further glazed door from the entrance porch you enter the hallway of the property with stairs ascending to the first floor and doors off to the living area and kitchen. The study/office is a perfect hideaway with stunning views across the coastline. There is a large storage area at the rear with shelving, light and power which currently houses a chest freezer and the Baxi boiler. On entering the living area, fitted with high quality wooden floor, you are immediately drawn to the breath taking far reaching views across the sea and coastline through the large uPVC double glazed window with front aspect. There is a log burner with hearth making this a particularly cosy space. The dining area has uPVC double glazed french doors leading to the rear garden and there is a door off to the kitchen which can also be accessed from the hallway. The modern kitchen, with tiled floor and marble tiled splash backs, is fitted with a range of base and wall units with work top. A uPVC double glazed window overlooks the pretty rear garden. SELLERS INSIGHT

As soon as we viewed this house, we knew it was for us. The uninterrupted views across the Ness and coastline are stunning in every light from dawn to dusk. We have enjoyed many sunsets and evenings watching the moon light up the sea and the ships passing through. The house has worked for us so well and the dressing room we have created upstairs can easily be reinstated to a further bedroom and the study downstairs is a great hideaway with beautiful sea views. We will be sad to leave but it is time for us to make our final move now.
