SELLERS INSIGHT We were only the second family to own this property when we moved in over 12 years ago. The bungalow was built on behalf of the Barclay Bank Manager in Teignmouth in the early 80's. We love it here because you can easily access Exeter, Newton Abbot and Teignmouth by one of the 3 buses an hour in the summer. We also enjoy the luxury of the beach being just a 10 minute stroll away on the South Devon coastal path. A walk to the nearby Smugglers Inn on a summer evening is glorious whilst taking in the wonderful coastline.
AGENTS COMMENTS This spacious architect designed detached bungalow provides versatile accommodation and ample storage facilities with a splendid large entrance hallway, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and dual aspect large lounge and dining room and conservatory. The level private enclosed rear garden, which still retains the original Devon hedge, attracts a plethora of wildlife and the large level lawn with fruit trees provides a wonderful space to enjoy. The property is immaculately maintained with ample driveway parking for cars, campervan/boat etc in addition to the much larger than average garage with light and power and electric up and over door.
